Delivery, Returns & Refund Policy

7-Day Return Policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return

To start a return, you can contact us at info@aurasence.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Missed Deliveries

If no one is available to accept delivery of the order, you will have the option to arrange for an alternative delivery date or be given additional information about the collection of your order from the courier company.

Orders may not be shipped to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or to any address outside the UAE. Orders are delivered Saturday through Thursday, excluding Fridays and public holidays.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants), custom products (e.g., special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (e.g., beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Refunds will be made to the original mode of payment and will be processed within 10 to 30 days, depending on the issuing bank of the credit card.


Payment Confirmation

Once the payment is made, the confirmation notice will be sent to the you via email within 24 hours of receipt.

Cancellation Policy (Services)

Customer can cancel their order/requested services within 24 hours; refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer. Please allow for up to 45 days for the refund transfer to be completed.


Shipping Policy

Free Shipping

We provide free shipping within the UAE.

Service Area

Currently, we only service the UAE and do not ship to any addresses outside the UAE. Shipping is handled by a third-party courier.

Avoid any delivery delays by providing your full address along with your contact details.
